Telephone Coaching

• 2 Thirty minute sessions per month
• Emails in between sessions
• 5 minute check-ins as needed
• $54 Per Session
• $40 one time fee for the Wellness Inventory Assessment

Face-to-Face Coaching

• 2 Sixty minute sessions per month
• Emails in between sessions
• 5 minute check-ins as needed
• $126 Per Session (includes my travel time)
• $40 one time fee for the Wellness Inventory Assessment

There is a 3 month minimum commitment to coach.

The first few sessions are about discovery, uncovering your values, strengths and passions. I will also teach you specific coaching skills and tools. We also design our coaching relationship, which will continually change and grow through the coaching process.

Teleclass Coaching

For only $19, $39 or $59 per month, women can choose from outstanding coaching programs, great downloads, daily coaching tips and group coaching teleclasses.  Each month, Compass creates outstanding programs that follow a theme.  Whether it is Defining Success, Time Management, the Power of Choice or Self-Care, Compass addresses the unique issues women face, in a revolutionary way.
