Each retreat includes:

• One year membership Wellness Inventory Assessment.
• First class begins at 9:45 a.m. and goes through 2:30 p.m. (4.25 hours)
• A one-hour private phone consultation with Leslie before the second class.
• Second class begins at 9:45 a.m. and goes through 4:30 p.m. (6.75 hours)
• A one-hour private phone wrap-up with Leslie after the second class.
• Lunch is included in second class.
